We will bring out the lanterns and the rangolis.
We will clean our house and shop for new clothes.
Lists will be made, sweets will be distributed.
Lights will be put up & parties will be hosted.
But what about the ones whose Diwali isn’t as bright this year?
Dalai Lama has said, “Give the ones you love wings to fly, roots to come back, and reasons to stay.”
As we begin the celebrations for the most awaited festival of the year, let us take a moment to pause and reflect on his statement. Truly, the greatest joy in the world comes when we give isn’t it?
And so this Diwali, Team Zoomin experienced the blissful joy with a special social outreach program aimed at gifting personalized souvenirs to the less-fortunate children from Dharavi (Asia’s largest slum).
